We continually educate and train our staff to stay on the cutting edge of the business. We use some of the newest and most effective cleaning methods on the market and are continually looking to new and better ways.

What sets HRI service team apart:
Our service team consists of CPO trained, skilled personnel who strive for excellence each week. They know that guests arrive ready to begin their vacation right away. We can handle the load; many of our tubs are cleaned and ready for use before noon on check-in days. Our staff begins their day at 6:30 AM preparing for the arrival of your guests. They organize their workload, prepare chemicals and get ready for the day ahead. As soon as the first guests begin to leave we are hard at work. We work closely with the property management companies to get to the houses early and ensure that as homes are ready inside, the hot tub is also ready to go!
We are in communication with our service staff via cell phone and radio, and we have supervisors in the field to assist, offer advice, and oversee the cleaning process throughout the day. Each tub is thoroughly cleaned using the latest chemical technology. The water is always tested to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
Our staff clean and secure the hot tub lids and surrounding area so your guests not only find crystal clear water, but also the entire deck area is clean and ready for their enjoyment. We are available until early evening, right through the busiest check in time, so should a problem arise we can respond within minutes.
